2. Aggregate Crushing Value — specification

Limits are commonly-cited defaults for reference — edit the value to match your project's current specification, and verify against the applicable IS/MoRTH/IRC clause before certification.

3. Aggregate Crushing Value — test data

Each test set is 3 sub-samples (IS 2386 Part 4) — enter weights in grams.

5. Ten Percent Fines Value (TFV) — test data

Two trial loads, each 2 sub-samples (IS 2386 Part 4) — enter weights in grams, load in tonnes.

TFV is the load (in kN, or tonnes × 9.81) that would produce 10% fines. Pick a trial load for each row (commonly ~10 t for normal-strength aggregate; use a lower load, e.g. 5–7.5 t, for weaker material) so the resulting fines fall roughly between 7.5% and 12.5% — if not, retest at a more suitable load. TFV limits vary by contract/spec, so this app reports the calculated value without a built-in pass/fail — check it against your project's specification directly.

This app saves everything (test data) for the active project in your browser, tied to this folder. Logos and project details are entered once on the main Projects page and shared by every module.

Reference — typical ACV limits

Kept here for quick reference while testing. These are commonly-cited defaults, not a substitute for the current IS/MoRTH/IRC edition — always verify.
